The Lan Kwai Fong-based restaurant and bar is a stylishly romantic destination for couples in love on 14 February 2016, and for singles in search of some loving on 13 February 2016, with an unexpected rustic meets industrial setting and atmosphere that is full of Korean charm.Executive Chef – the French trained Korean-American Londoner and former UK Iron Chef – Judy Joo, says, “Jinjuu celebrates Valentine’s Day the Korean way – giving everyone, couples and singles, a chance to find love over delicious food and drinks.”On 14 February 2016, ease into a romantic evening with Jinjuu’s 4-course Valentine’s Day menu celebrating a modern spin on Korean tastes. Prices at HK$980 for two, the menu invites lovers and friends to indulge in the starters, the Scallop Carpaccio, Caesar Salad, Salmon Kimbap and Sliders with options of Wagyu-bulgogi, KFC chicken and crispy tofu. Promised to win hearts over are the mains with a choice from Marinated Fillet Steak, Grilled Salmon or Miso Grilled Veg. End the night on a sweet note with Jinjuu’s French style desserts with Korean touches, Yuzu White Chocolate Ganache Mousse and Snickers Hotteok. To end the night, couples are showered with mouth-watering home-made chocolates.“I am always finding inspiration in my everyday life, and the buzzy energy at Jinjuu has become a catalyst for great ideas.
