(Photo by Maxx Wolfson/Getty Images)On Tuesday afternoon, the Ohio State Buckeyes and Washington Huskies met in the Grandaddy of Them All – the Rose Bowl. The annual Big Ten vs. Pac-12 contest has been less than exciting thus far, as Ohio State has dominated the action on both sides of the ball. The Buckeyes hold a 21-3 lead and it doesn’t look like the Huskies have the firepower on offense to make a run. While the game hasn’t offered much, the officiating has been stellar and one official is going viral for what he did near the end of the first half. The official saw a balloon floating down to the field, jumped up, grabbed it with a pure display of athleticism and popped it on his way back to his officiating position.Check it out.I think this ref deserves the S-E-C! S-E-C! chant. pic.twitter.com/ABmqbG8om7— Bryan Fischer (@BryanDFischer) January 1, 2019That’s where we’re at with this game – stuck admiring the official’s hops and awareness on the field.Ohio State leads 21-3 at the half.
